  • Steep the tea for 18 seconds for the second and third infusion.

  • This tea is good for 8 or more infusions.

  • Use spring water or purified water. Do not use tap water.

  • Raw Pu'er is an unfermented tea made from Yunnan's large-leaf tree varieties. While its fresh profile may recall green tea, Raw Pu'er excels in both aroma and texture, and is renowned for its remarkable aging potential.

  • Our 2022 "Six Mountains" Raw Pu'er is mainly sourced from ancient gardens in Yiwu and Manzhuan, two of the esteemed "Ancient Six Renowned Tea Mountains" amidst the tropical rainforests in Xishuangbanna. While Yiwu's culture has been shaped by Han influences, leading to the development of the sweeter Yiwu Lyuya tea tree variety, Manzhuan has largely retained its local ethnic culture, cultivating the more robust and bitter Xiangming Jianye variety. This tea represents a masterful blend of these contrasting flavors, further enriched by selected leaves from other distinguished mountains. The result is a flavorful and layered brew, featuring a nuanced and balanced bitterness.

Our Raw Pu'er undergoes meticulous sun-drying processes, utilizing high-heat fixation techniques to maximize the preservation of its active compounds.

  • This tea offers outstanding aging potential while being impressively delightful as a young tea. The aroma captures the invigorating freshness of a forest, with hints of prunes. The tasting experience strikes a balanced note between sweetness and bitterness, delivering a mellow and smooth mouthfeel, crowned by a persistent, saliva-inducing aftertaste.
