Shipping Region

All orders are shipped directly from New Jersey, ensuring reliable and fast delivery for our customers within the United States.

For customers outside of the United States, please note that we are currently shipping to U.S. addresses only. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to potentially expanding our services to international addresses in the future.

Shipping Fee

The shipping fee will be informed at the time of order placement.

We generally offer free shipping for orders over $75. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping as part of other promotions. If your order qualifies for free shipping, this will be reflected as a deduction in your shipping fees at checkout.

Order Process Time

Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your order. Pre-ordered products may take longer to ship. In the event of a delay beyond our usual processing time, we will make every effort to inform you via updates on our website or through email.

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to track the progress of your shipment on our shipping partner's website.

In Case of Shipping Issues

If your package was lost during shipment, arrived in a damaged condition, or we sent you incorrect products, please start a return request within 7 days of receiving the package. We will make every effort to offer a free return or refund to rectify the issue.

Tea Return Policy

Otherwise, all sales of tea are final and not eligible for return.

We provide our best possible descriptions for our products to help you choose your favorite items. If you are curious about a tea, we recommend you take advantage of the single-serving size to try it out. Also, you are always welcome to contact us with any questions about our products.

Teaware Return Policy

Teaware can be returned within 14 days after the delivery only if they are in an unused condition and in the original packaging.

In situations other than damaged/incorrect packages, the customer is responsible for a shipping and handling fee of $25 that will be deducted from the refund and must ensure the product is returned in intact condition. If the return package is not shipped within 7 days after the return request is approved, is lost, arrives damaged, or arrives with items not consistent with the original purchase, we may be unable to proceed with the refund.

Service Return Policy

All intangible services, including but not limited to events and courses, are not eligible for return unless otherwise noted.

Return Process

To start a return request, please contact us. In the contact form, select “I need to make a return request” as the subject, and make sure to include the full name and email address used for your order, along with your order number and detailed reason for your return request. We will respond via email.

It is crucial that you do not send back your packages until your return request is approved. If your package is returned without approval, we cannot proceed with your return and are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
