Recommended Gongfu Brewing Method
For a 120 mL (4 fl oz) teapot or gaiwan, use 6 g (0.21 oz) of tea.
For the first three infusions, steep the tea for 9 seconds in water at a temperature above 95°C (203°F).
For each subsequent infusion, increase the steeping time by 6s.
This tea is good for 8 or more infusions.
Use spring water or purified water. Do not use tap water.

Our Yashixiang Dancong is produced in the core region of Fenghuang Dancong—Daping Village, located on the highest peak of Fenghuang Mountains—Wudong Mountain, at an altitude of over 750 meters. The local environment features abundant mist, steep slopes, and superior soil quality, ideal for tea tree growth. This tea was made with a special medium-light roasting process.
